Former Scorpions guitarist Uli Jon Roth announced that his ‘Pictures of Destiny’ tour will include shows in the United States. Besides songs from his prolific career, the shows will also focus on his new album “Requiem For An Angel”. On stage he will be accompanied by a full band and a string quartet.

The guitarist was born in Düsseldorf, Germany back in 1954 and was a member of Scorpions from 1973 to 1978, appearing on many classic albums of the band in the 70s. Which are: “Fly To The Rainbow” (1974), “In Trance” (1975), “Virgin Killer” (1976), “Taken By Force” (1977) and “Tokyo Tapes” (1978). Those records had famous songs like “In Trance”, “Top of the Bill”, “Steamrock Fever”, “We’ll Burn The Sky” and “The Sails of Charon”.
Since then he has released many records with his band Electric Sun and from his solo career.
