Bon Jovi have announced details of a third concert at Wembley Stadium in London in 2026.
Due to phenomenal demand, Bon Jovi initially confirmed a second show at Wembley Stadium on September 6th after previously sharing they would play at the iconic venue on September 4th.
Now, it has been confirmed that the iconic rock band will play a third and final date at Wembley Stadium on September 9th.
Frontman Jon Bon Jovi said of the latest announcement: “There is a lot of joy in this announcement – joy that we can share these nights together with our amazing fans and joy that the band can be together. I am lucky enough to be able to hold a light out to the audience each night and stand in their reflection for a tremendous collective experience – I get to stand in the WE of our concerts.”
The singer once again reiterated his thanks to fans of the band for showing their support for the group after they were forced to spend years off the road as he recovered from vocal surgery.
Bon Jovi added, “I’ve spoken extensively on my gratitude but I will say it again, I’m deeply grateful that the fans and the brotherhood of this band have been patient and allowed me the time needed to get healthy and prepare for touring. I’m ready and excited!”
Bon Jovi have a long history with Wembley. They were the last musical act to perform at the old Wembley Stadium in 2000 and were due to become the first act to play the new Wembley Stadium in 2006. However, the stadium wasn’t ready in time, and the concert was moved to the Milton Keynes Bowl.
Eventually, they did play the national stadium for the first time in 2019, and next year, they are returning for three more shows.
In addition to announcing more shows at Wembley, Bon Jovi have also extended their residency at Madison Square Garden in New York to eight dates due to demand.
